OUR MARKET AREA

The market area for the Carpino-Kenuk Group is comprised of Burlington County, Northern Camden County and Ocean County. We've chosen this market area for two reasons.  Number one we believe it contains a stable economy where our clients maintain both primary and vacation homes.  Number two, we were both born and raised here and continue to own both primary and vaction homes in Moorestown and Harvey Cedars (Long Beach Island).  As your "Local Real Estate Experts", we believe our knowledge of these communities will allow us to deliver the real estate services our clients deserve in their search for Primary residences, Vacation Homes and Commercial Opportunities.

Long Beach Island

Long Beach Island (colloquially known as LBI) is a barrier island and summer colony along the Atlantic Ocean coast of Ocean County, NJ.  The northern portion is generally slightly higher end, low-density residential; whereas the southern portion possesses more economical, higher-density housing and considerable commercial development. The primary industries include tourism, fishing, and real estate.  Among the most significant of landmarks on the island is the Barnegat Lighthouse, located on the northern tip, as well as the numerous shops and restaurants of Bay Village located next to the arcades and amusement rides of Fantasy Island toward the southern end of the Island located in Beach Haven.  Long Beach Island is located just 25 miles north of Atlantic City, 55 miles east-southeast of Philadelphia and just 75 miles south of New York City.  From the bridge northward, the island includes the communities of Surf City, North Beach, Harvey Cedars, Loveladies, High Bar Harbor, and Barnegat Light. From the bridge southward, the island includes the communities of Long Beach Township including North Beach Haven and Beach Haven, with the Holgate section of Long Beach Township at the southernmost tip of the island.

Whether you pick North, South or Central you're going to find sandy ocean beaches for sunbathing, swimming and sport fishing with luxurious beachfront properties to view the action. A stones throw away is a wide bay with fishing, crabbing, and an array of water sports overlooked by magnificent bayfront and water view houses.  And don't forget the night life.  The island is dotted with excellent restaurants and bars from north to south with a new lineup of live entertainment offered weekly.

Moorestown

Moorestown is a township in Burlington County, NJ, as well as an affluent eastern suburb of Philadelphia.  Moorestown was ranked number one in Money magazine's list of the best places to live in America in 2005. The township earned the top spot because of its true community feeling, in addition to its plentiful jobs, excellent schools and affordable housing. Another one of its attributes is its close proximity to Philadelphia, about a 15-minute commute.  Neighborhood names used within Moorestown include Collins Park, Stanwick Glen, and Northwest Estates to name a few. Other neighborhoods in Moorestown are West Moorestown, East Moorestown,  and Main Street.  Whichever neighborhood you choose, you can find affordable, luxurious housing to fit your needs and pocketbook.  Whether you are an executive commuting to New York or Philadelphia, or a local teacher or community worker, there is a lot to look at in Moorestown to house you and your family.
